Sending pauses until you top up, so you can never be billed for more than you have added. Nothing is lost — your data, bots and channels stay exactly as they are, and sending resumes the moment balance is added.
No. The welcome credit and anything you add stay on your balance until you use them.
Yes. Connect your own WhatsApp, SMS or email provider and you pay them directly; we deduct only a small platform fee per message from your balance.
An unused top-up can be refunded within 30 days on request. Balance that has been spent on messages is not refundable.
